I dressed myself up as Little Stardragon's friend, Billy, who helps Stardragon collect his sparkly star stones that he lost.. His design may be simple but its extra cozy and wintery.

Then I remembered that they celebrated Christmas in the movie. So I searched up what Rosie wore in the movie at Christmas and decided to take inspiration from it.

I don't really watch or read winter themed stuff, except Frozen. There's still some characters that haven't been taken, but I'm unavailable to work it now and my ideas might get taken when I can actually work on it.

Yes that would work as well. As long as it is a reference to a recognisable winter-themed character, you could put your own spin to it and dress them up in your own winter clothes as well.

My character is Asirpa from an anime and manga well known in Japan called Golden Kamuy.
It's a winter-themed anime/manga taking place in Hokkaido, the north region of Japan, where there are Ainu people living in the region (Asirpa being an Ainu herself). Their lifestyle remind me of the indigenous people living in my country.

Interesting fact: the matanpushi, obtainable from the catalog in 3 colour variants, is an actual garment worn by the Ainu people.
