Have you ever eaten an insect?

Mum once bought me a real bushtucker trial thing complete with locusts, meal worms and crickets. Tbh they just tasted like dust.. I’ve also had a salt and vinegar flavoured cricked and I’ve ate a scorpion too I’m a weird like ‘I’ll try anything once’ kinda gal

One time I had a box of voodoo donuts hidden in the room I was staying in so they wouldn't get pilfered by my uncle, I woke up early and had to keep the lights off, but I was hungry so I grabbed a donut. About thirty minutes later turned the lights on and saw the box was covered in tiny ants.
I know ants are safe to eat, it's just that I didn't consent to eating them.

I have, but against my will. I ride a bicycle everywhere and in spring/summer I inhale a fair amount of bugs accidentally, unfortunately :c

I have never ate a bug before. I am also not really considering it!

One flew in my mouth when I was riding my back and I accidentally swallowed it. Bugs are the one thing I'd absolutely refuse to eat. I don't even want them touching my food. It's a fear of mine.

I've eaten chocolate covered crickets, and they weren't bad, but not something I'd just run out and buy LOL
was doing chocolate gifts with some friends, and the one I got paired up with made a joke about trying chocolate covered bugs, and so I got them a small thing of crickets along with a regular gift, and they would only try them if I did also lol
