How Do You Feel About Vegetables?

i love vegetables, zucchini has always been a favourite of mine. least favourite id say is sweet potato, ive never been fond of it

i quite like vegetables, i like green beans, kale, and broccoli the most :3

the only one i don't really like is corn :<

I don't mind vegetables nowadays. I used to hate them as a kid because of how simple they tasted but nowadays I'm starting to enjoy that simple taste more.

Potatoes and carrots are my favorite since they have a flavor that makes them go well with most things, especially with potatoes. I used to a hate broccoli but now it's one of my favorites too.

However, I really don't like sweet potatoes. I personally just don't think that sweet flavor goes well with the starchy and simple taste of an ordinary potato.

My favorite vegetables are brussel sprouts, artichokes, and peppers. I don’t like potatoes very much tho.

Husband no longer wants me to eat Brussels sprouts. The smell is admittedly something else...and my cats like to beg for it too much.

Broccoli is still on the list, though!

I like them. corn, green beans, potatoes, carrots... all and a few others are my favorites. As long as they aren't tomatoes i'll try them.

My mom (bless her heart) always boiled veggies so I hated them growing up. Then when I went into culinary arts I was taught to sauteed them and season them. I promise you, you can make any vegetable taste like nirvana with a pan, garlic powder (or minced garlic!), and onion powder.

With that in mind, I could eat truckloads of broccoli and bell peppers

I love veggies! I eat them so much more than fruits. I eat about everything. There's only two I despise - brussel sprouts and celery. Yuck.

I agree with the celery. It's only good for stuff like stews, but raw celery is pretty gross.

Have you had roasted brussels sprouts? I lay bacon on top of mine now when I bake it and it's a game changer

I haven't! The only time I ever had brussel sprouts it made me super sick, I've kinda been traumatized to try it again ever since n_n But I want to try them roasted someday for sure!

I love most veggies when they're cooked. The only ones I'm a little effy about are bell peppers (I don't like them at all) and mushrooms (I really only like them when they're really well cooked). I love roasted brussel sprouts and carrots and pan fried green beans.

I like the ones I eat lol.
Broccoli, carrots of all colors, yellow squash, zucchini, eggplant, potatoes of all kinds, bell peppers of all colors, yellow corn, white corn, green beans, cucumbers, onions, green onion, chives, thyme, rosemary, sage, garlic, red and green cabbage, sugar snap peas with pods, multiple mushrooms. That's all I can think of.

Cauliflower is ok. Peas that aren't sugar snap are ok if they are mixed with other things.
I like spicy stuff but my gut does not so I tend to avoid the spicy stuff so I don't get anemic as a side effect.

There are plenty out there that I haven't tried before. Generally I don't like leafy greens other than cabbage.
I think when it comes to vegetables, it greatly depends on how it was prepared or lack of. Some stuff is good raw as it is.

Do you like them? Hate them? Do you wish a specific one would disappear off the face of the earth?

I like most vegetables. In particular, I love squash, brussel sprouts, artichokes, and parsnips. The only vegetables I can think of that I don't like are peppers and beets.

I like my potato, carrots and cucumber. Recipes I like to make with that are coleslaw, potato omelette, cucumber and cheese salads and I usually take some kind of vegetable with my main meal, broccoli, green beans, corn.

i like a lot but also dislike/haven't had the courage to try a lot of vegetables as well. i really like tomatoes, salad, cucumber, carrots, peppers, cabbage, and some i don't really know the english name of. but i don't like corn (or, i can eat it but i don't love it), peas (haven't tried in a long time though), or broccoli. i don't know if i know that many vegetables shhshsfhg

I grew up eating tasteless boiled vegetables, which put me off a lot. But then I discovered the wonderful world of steamed veg - actual flavour! Cauliflower and mushrooms are my favourite, and I love carrots and peas too. Kale is also really nice.

I don't like broccoli or spinach, but I incorporate them into my meals anyway because I think variety is important... gotta eat those greens :) I also don't really like cabbage, but I love kimchi and eat tons of it.

I love veggies, all of them, cooked or raw, the one I like less is (mushy) mushroom because of the texture, but if they are fresh I like them.

I used to despise vegetables. My family would pretty much only eat them out of cans. I'm still a bit picky, but I'm quite proud of how much I've expanded my palette. I like brussell sprouts, peppers, asparagus, cauliflower, carrots, onions, peas, cucumbers, green beans, and fennel. I don't like summer squash very much or raw tomatoes. Really dark leafy greens don't do it for me either.

i love them all except mushrooms and kale... mushroom are too squishy when cooked and kale is too bitter for me
