Hiya, how do you like to exercise?

I like to go out for walks with my Mum, use the exercise bike, go swimming with Mum or I do exercises by coping Lucy Wyndham on YouTube.

Pre covid times I went to the climbing gym and lifted weights. Now it's just lifting weights at home until I get vaccinated although I should be doing ring fit adventure so I can get some cardio in

I do 9 kilometre runs 5-6 days a week, sometimes with a few friends too- we go running on scenic but challenging paths. We sometimes do runs on the beach, in the bush, the outback, or through the mountains to keep it interesting. I opt for the gym on rainy days which includes treadmilling, cycling and a few weights. During the Summer I do long swims as well.

before covid i used to exercise by walking around my uni (we have an oval that's like ~2.2km so a lot of people like to jog there) and also playing floorball on mondays and saturdays! i really really miss floorball huhu but these days i don't really get to exercise much :( i do stationary biking when i have time? but it's not a consistent schedule like before

Pre-pandemic, I used to lift weights and play badminton. While in university, I walked a lot more and my backpack could get pretty heavy. Now at home, I lift weights, play Ring Fit Adventure, and do Pilates.

I hula hoop for seven hours a day but I don’t count that as exercise.
I ride my spin bike 10.3 miles every day. I can’t wait until it’s warm enough to ride my bicycle outside.

I love hiking and swimming, but I don't do it nearly enough unfortunately.
Hopefully once I get vaccinated I can go camping with my friends this year.

Kayaking is my favorite, though, unfortunately, haven't been once over the past year. I've always wanted a kayak of my own but don't have space, access to transportation, or a body of water nearby to get much use out of it. One day!

For what I can do daily, I love walking, yoga, and biking. There are two multi-purpose trails five minutes from me that are beautiful during all seasons and aren't terribly crowded. 😁

I do a mixture of things including martial arts, yoga, running, lifting weights, and more. Martial arts is my specialty.

Last year I started doing body weight exercises in my room, and they've actually been really effective. Didn't even need to buy anything for it. I figured I might as well do something productive during lockdown, and since I was always fairly inactive it seemed like a good time to start.

I have about a 15 minute walk home from school each weekday, but when i'm not doing that I'm usually lifting very light weights (it's all i have unfortunately), or some other form of exercise without equipment.

I got Ring Fit Adventure about year ago but I haven't touched it. I should probably start playing that soon...

Treadmill and weightlifting these days. I was also an avid basketball player when younger, but the current health club my husband and I go to doesn't have basketball activities.

I love cycling but sadly don't get to do that much, same with swimming. any workouts i've been doing recently have been just videos i find online, they're usually fairly short to stop me losing motivation but they're tough!

I take a 15-30 minute jog. There's a huge field near my house that's perfect for jogging, you could easily run a lap around it without getting heckled by folks in cars.

I love to go to parks! I just like being in nature so taking a nice long walk in a trail is always nice. I wish I had a bike but sadly I have not been on one in years.

I prefer walking, especially outside on nice days. It helps me clear my head and relax and I don't have to keep up with reps or anything like that. I was doing a variety of simple exercises like crunches and lunges at home, but when I started going to the chiropractor for back pain she had me stop all of that. One day, I'd like to get back to doing those, but for now walking and stretching are my only options for exercise if I don't want to impede my progress.

I like to do yoga! I used to go to the studio very regularly before the pandemic. It's so much harder the find the motivation/discipline to do it from home, so I've been slacking off for the past month. I wish I enjoyed running so I could get some cardio in, but unfortunately it's torture.
