So to confirm, the monster inside need to be made from scratch as well, or can it be a pre-existing item?

It may be a pre-made item!

What I reached for appeared alien & indeed strange... however I turn it though, those eye-like creatures seem to be following me... View attachment 406341

(had to post this collage, because my original photo was too large to post here - hope this is ok)

Unfortunately we can't accept entries that are digitally altered like this, to prevent the event from becoming a photo editing contest. Is there any other way you can resize your image? Maybe with the same process you used last time, except without the added backgrounds and decorations?

A Sample Of The Pestilence In A Vial Of A Mysterious Liquid Alongside A Brain of an Unknown Creature. In The Background A Mask Of The Doctor Who Sampled It And Performed The 'Necessary Experiments' Using Such Brains. The Workspace Is Covered In A Protective Layer And A Single Spider Can Be Seen Crawling Out From Behind The Jar

Up high, on the highest shelf of the bell tree mayor's laboratory, was this strange creation. Legend has it that this was made from the same essence of a bloodshot potion, however it went horribly wrong. The experiment slowly got disoriented.. until it was reformed as a monstrosity, the bloodshot experiment potion version 2.0!

On a dusty shelf in the very corner of the wet room, hidden by a door, lies the jar marked “Beetlejuice.” On further examination, it looks like snails, with their decomposing bodies floating on the top of the jar of green mucus. I quickly snap a photo and walk away, worried about the chemicals in the jar.

I call this Purple Bat Specimen 🦇

The materials I used for this were little plastic bats, jar, berry water flavouring (for colour), scrap fabric, cardboard bat wing.

I happened to have this jar that balanced on this flashlight very well which allowed me to light up the jar.

Proof of jar lid (just incase) I recyled an old sauce jar for this project and the lid had writing so I added the cute cloth to cover it.

It was a dark October evening when the Brain, the tentacled abomination from the underworld, attempted to take my memories. But I showed him! I snatched up a jar and *fwomp!* stuffed him inside of it. He still stares at me though, angry, plotting revenge....

Now if only I could remember my name.....

I used a transparent film with a spooky lady printed on it, and a sour cream lid to hold her into place. I added watercolor paint to tint the water a murky swamp green, then I backlit the jar with a green light to illuminate the ghoul. I added the label and the hemp twine to the jar as some finishing touches.

Shiver in fright at this oddity, miniature human skulls in what looks like watered down blood!

This is some spooky skulls i found while food shopping which i have since altered to really make the eyes pop, and then just red food colouring and water in an old jar that was sitting in a random cupboard. Enjoy!

While out on a walk one rainy night I heard an eerily charming sound coming from a nearby pond. Fortunately I had my net on hand as I was able to catch a creature unlike any I had ever seen. No known recordings or data on this creature have ever been documented, so I took it upon myself to tame and study the creature. Because of its ability to regenerate lost limbs, toxicity and guileful nature, I have dubbed the creature, "Blight Toad"... Its spiral-shaped horn appears to be capable of emitting a mysterious signal. Further research is required.

Its black, unblinking eyes are quite unsettling, and yet, there is an inexplicable allure behind that petrifying stare.

Using its strong grip, the specimen attempts to escape, horn gleaming ... How odd, I can hear a loving voice ... make us... whole... [the rest is unreadable]
