Someone took the notion of a blood orange a bit too literally...

Hey! I have that same Kokoro nesoberi! :0 So cute <3

Amid the other specimens, you spot slight movement from one emerald green jar. Inside is a wriggling, writhing mass of tapeworms. Could they still be alive?

Materials used were just spaghetti in a jar with a mixture of water and mouthwash.

I just want to say that this is my favorite jar. The gross factor is off the charts, in the best way. Love it...

"hey, what about this one?" you say, removing the jar from the shelf. "it looks kinda cute." you turn it around in your hands, finding a peeling label on the back that's barely legible, and begin to read: do not be deceived by its charming dollar store appearance. it is contained for our own good. if you find this jar with the lid removed, it is already too late. the facility has been breached. no god can help you now.

materials: diluted summer fruit juice, tissue and this weird little squishy guy i won in an arcade last summer.
taping him to the bottom of the jar was a nightmare-

I hope this vessel works. I don’t have any empty jars lying around.

Just after sunrise on November 1st, when all the trick-or-treaters returned home, the evil scientist found a lone alien wandering the street. He took the alien home, trapped him in a vessel of slime, sealing him in forever. However, some say the little alien's soul was no match for the slime, and it was set to return to its home planet.

SPECIMEN #526 - THE KRAKEN 2.0

BEWARE of the Kraken 2.0! Us mad scientists have finally created a clone of the original Kraken. If this "baby Kraken" gets released, the world is in imminent danger. This clone has been made to be approximately 4 times bigger than the original Kraken. We expect it to weigh around a whopping 16,000 pounds, and be 400 inches in length. This creature has the ability to wipe out mankind. If anyone releases this wretched creature, we are doomed. This specimen will be kept in a padded room with heavy-armored doors to make sure this thing doesn't get released.

My poor pet leviathan was in a slump lately; I found this bioluminescent bulb spider tickling his throat! Fortunately, it was the benign red band species... or was it blue that was safe?

Translucent bulb syringe, battery powered fake candle, plastic wrap, red rubber band, black twist ties, red food coloring in water.

An aquatic elephant on his natural habitat, a bar of soap.

Supplies: toy elephant, small bar of soap, exfoliating hand soap for goopy moss, baking soda and salt to turn the water murky and white

It took a while to achieve the pickle juice color I was going for lol

I used water and glitter glue with a mixture of green and yellow food coloring, then stuck some plastic bugs in it lol

When I was walking through the woods, I stumbled across a peculiar scene. A crow kept pestering me, almost as if to get my attention. I decided to follow it, and it brought me to a cape on the ground. I picked it up carefully, took a dirt sample, and returned to my lab. I put some dirt in a jar, cut a corner of the cape off and put it in as well, and left. When I came back, a crow had appeared in the jar, and was eating what I can only assume to be radioactive worms from the dirt sample, simple due to the eye color of this crow. It was almost as if I'd preserved the whole scene mid-meal.

I made the crow and dirt out of playdoh (and wish I'd taken a pic before submersion 😒) and the worms out our gelatin, which disintegrated very quickly.

i hope this has enough of a halloween theme, it's a freaky little sea creature friend in a pickle jar. at first i had a duck in a jar but then i realized it had to be spooky. rip that duck

No food-dye so I used flower petals from the garden. Inside is a deep sea jelly fish/sea spider/octopi related species. It is made from bath clay (made with oils) and can be seen on the bottom left of the jar. It's little legs are pressing against the wall.

This literal devil in a bloody jar has been passed down in my family for generations... My grandparents told me that we are not allowed to open OR dispose of the jar at any cost! The worst part is that the jar says EASY OPEN!!! 😱 That part always scared me... What if it opens accidentally... So I usually don't even touch it (duh). But then again, I can't get rid of thought that my grandparents possibly just played a prank on me...

I saw this on the ground as I went for my night walk in the forest it was laying in some weird orange/red liquid I scooped it up in this jar.
It looks like a Brain... an Alien Brain....
