People chewing with their mouths open.
When people do not cover their sneezes or coughs.
When people keep the toilet lid open.
When people sneeze or cough in their hands.
Passive aggressiveness.
-People that pick up their dog's poop, put it in a bag, then throw the bag in the nature, somebody's lawn or tie it to a tree (?????) "don't be mad, I wrapped it for you?"
-People who are screaming in my ears
-People who make wait others in line because they are too busy with their phone and ignore the clerk. ( I let it pass when the person was just distracted, but once I saw a lady yelling at the clerk asking for her order "Don't you see I'm on the phone, you are ******* rude!")
-My family who thinks that when I'm sitting at the computer it means I'm not busy. They saw me outside, in the kitchen or living room not doing anything special and ignored me, but the minute I'm sitting at the computer, they have tons of things to say and ask, and it can last hours! Then they ask if I'm done because they need the computer (I didn't have time to do anything!)
When people drag their feet on the ground as they walk around (in the process also making a scraping sound). This is just a sort of slobbish way to go about walking (so you're so damn lazy that you can't even lift your shoes a little when you take a step?).
um um when character development doesn't feel "earned" like,, the only reason that's happening to the character is because that's what's Typically supposed to happen in that genre? also writing that's more telling than showing because it really,, takes away from the immersion idk huhu
People who won't move their grocery carts out of the way. It bothers me to no end when people will be looking at something on one shelf and have their cart sort of behind them? So it's in front of the other shelf, essentially taking up the whole aisle space. Keep your cart with you and move it if somebody is trying to get by. I've said excuse me before and made eye contact with people but then they just go back to what they're looking at ??? I have a cart too, I can't just squeeze through that teeny tiny gap and I don't want to wait while you pick out your items.
I can't stand chewing or repetitive noises. I'm almost certain it's due to my autism but my parents don't believe me :[ I always eat alone because of chewing noises. I find it so hard to explain why I hate repetitive noises, like pen clicking, because most people assume I'm being overdramatic.
-when my brother listens to music in his headphones so loud, i can hear it
-when i'm clearly talking and someone starts talking over me AND when the person i was speaking to just forgets me and continues to listen to the other person (this happens wayyyy too often)
-when somebody comes in my room without knocking then leaves without closing the door because then my dog comes in my room and she's pretty annoying tbh
-and finally when i'm drawing and someone asks if they can see the drawing, i don't know why this bothers me, i know it's good someone is interested in what i'm doing but i'm just worried my drawing will be mocked
if i carried on i would be here all day but those are the main things
When you're in a dm group with people and, say i'm person a, and persn b and c basically talk in private but lol can't with me (a) for some random reason and refuse telling you why or just give a vague ass reason. like just tell me or leave then.
I can't stand it when I go out with my brother (he has wolf Hirschhorn syndrome and is wheelchair-bound) and literally, EVERYONE starts staring. My brother is older than me so I remember thinking when I was younger that it was normal for people to do this without realizing they were focused on my brother. They do this but then if I struggle to get him through a door or up a stair etc, they don't help. So much judgment ugh. It's awful. So basically ableism.
I've been told I get irritated very quickly so there is probably a lot of things I can't stand but I'll just list the ones that first came to mind:
people with no manners, its not hard to say 'please' and 'thank you'
people walking behind me as well as people walking too slowly in front of me - this can get pretty problematic in crowded places trying to weave through everyone
when someone reads over my shoulder - I just can't concentrate if people do this
people who eat with their mouth open or constantly spit - these are disgusting habits
when people cough/sneeze into the air rather then in a tissue or their elbow - its very unhygienic and spreads germs quicker
people who belittle others - I can't stand anyone who puts others down, there's just no need for it and you don't always know what somebody else is going through
