Ahhh, I'm so glad people continue to find and enjoy this game! I feel like this thread died down but it's still really fun for me! what's the favorite Pokemon that you've caught so far?

Also, I saw that a guy in NY I think? caught all 142 Pokemon already!

oh really? I'm really slow when it comes to game updates so i only found out about Go like 2 days ago xD, at first I thought it's a 3ds game that you need to buy ///v///
I even got a 1500 mb internet flatrate just for this game xD *obsession incoming*

my favorite would probably be jigglypuff! I got it on my way home on a crossroads, where usually a lot of people are driving, but since I was out around 23 pm it was really empty so I was able to catch it without getting into danger ^^ it's the strongest i have so far too! And yours? :')
OMG SO MANY! I only have caught 24 in total, 11 in pokedex ^^ I'm currently trying to find some starter tips online because there are still many things I dont know. LIKE THAT I HAVE TO PUT THE EGG IN THE INCUBATOR BEFORE WALKING IN ORDER TO MAKE IT HATCH. *gives incubator evil glare* I walked in vain...
i found it also really interesting that they even turned remote train stations into poke stops, or old castle ruins or churches. We do have a few of these here luckily ^^
can't wait to go out hunting again!^^ If it just weren't so hot around here ;-;''

Haha, that's awesome that you increased your data for it! XD I've heard it doesn't use an obscene amount but it DOES kill your battery really quickly (which I'm sure you've experienced already!)! I think I'll buy a portable charger lol

My favs that I've caught so far are Dratini and Vulpix -- all of the ones I get excited about are ones that I really wanted as a kid when playing the game but never caught ; v ; I really like my Pikachu, Jigglypuff and Clefairy too! And you're doing super well if you've only been playing for two days! Good job!

Haha I didn't know that about the eggs either when I first started and I just found out YESTERDAY what lucky eggs do and I've been playing it for two weeks! RIP -- my neighborhood unfortunately has NOTHING so I actually get excited to go to work because I work in the city and there are pokestops EVERYWHERE -- I noticed a lot of artwork, murals and such are pokestops where I live! I noticed churches too, but no castles here haha.

Ugh, it's been hot where I live too, like 90F/32C ; - ; I hope you can stay cool!!

I recently came across a wild CP700 Clefable while I was hiking :'D So happy the servers goofed and it despawned eventually.

Caught a Lickitung and it crashed... Closed and tried to reopen but it wouldn't load until about 20 minutes later. Didn't catch it and it didn't respawn :<

Used the Eevee trick again to get a Vaporeon and now I have all of the Eevee evolutions, woo hoo! I hit level 18 after evolving a bunch of stuff while using a lucky egg, hoping I can get to 20 by the end of the week! :>

I caught an exeggutor at 39 CP! I leveled it up to 836 CP before running out of candy. Vaporeons beware! >

I took over a gym for the first time today, I used Vaporeon since he's my highest right now at 1301, someone else took it over after an hour or so. I feel like it's impossible to keep a gym for a long period of time - especially in busy areas. Has anyone managed to hold a gym for a few days?

Your best bet is just collecting your 10 coin defender bonus right after you claim a gym, since they're so tough to keep a hold of

Yup, that's what I've been doing whenever I drop a Pokemon off at a gym, I know there's no chance they'll be there the next day

I was in the city center earlier and took over a few gyms, that all got taken back literally seconds later which is fab, at leat i managed to quickly get my defenders bonus. I guess there's just so many people out there on pokemon go, there's also stops like every minute but sadly I didn't have time to collect much. I'll have to make a trip again soon just for pokemon catching..

I also feel like i've been playing this for a while and haven't got any rare pokemon or ones with super high cp's yet and it sucks, i'm way behind. I got a few new ones in the last few days taking my pokedex up to 58, but nothing really cool.

I took a rather long walk today and caught some stuff and leveled up to 7. I'm a bit annoyed at how behind I am due to not being able to catch anything when I was at cottage, but o well.

The rarer things I caught today were voltorb, a bunch of jynxes, dratini, golbat, nidora and haunter. I also caught a ****ton of drowsees since they're literally the most common Pokemon in my area. It's a bit weird how filled my city is with pedophile and slut Pokemon.

Oh that's cool then, I'm level 14 just now and i've noticed pokemon with slightly higher CPs spawing latley but not that high, a few more levels to go I guess & I'll definitley look into researching what's around!

Pokemon Go's been released in HK and I'm heading back there tomorrow, can't wait to finally be able to play this game again
