I'm currently at 67 and in the middle of cool down. My next window will probably be tonight or something, but I make sure to try every 3-5 hours to maximize my chances, even though the windows are longer. I just can't keep track of the timings.

It’s possible to get up to 200 dust before the event ends. However, I’ll have to buy more magic tickets if I want to continue collecting dust.
