Watch out for Sally the sharp tongued scaly she’s especially active at night so it’s best to stay home if you feel like night fishing. It’s not just worth all that trouble in the swamp.

As I was laying in my tent, a huge shadow fell over me. I looked up and to my suprise there was a huge killer bug on my tent! This creature has a huge stinger on the front of its head, as well as two others on both of its front legs! Luckily, after a few minutes this creature flew off into the night to serach for its next victim to scare!

Here is a big moth. Well actually, it's a robot who so badly wants to be a moth and dance around the light sources with the other real moths. I think he'll blend in just fine!

My shadow creature is a moth. A big, gross moth. Don't try to use your cellphone at night or this guy will be attracted to the light and fly right in to your face. Speaking from experience...

I call this creation the giant fly. The big book of creatures says that if you leave fruit out in the open, this guy will fly over the bed of every cabin member and haunt their dreams. Especially scary for those afraid of bugs!

The spooky "Cleanly Clucker" has been known to fly through the window of the rooms of little children who don't clean their rooms. Watch out, let it get too messy and you might get a visit from our feathered friend! He's a little overly eager to give you a "hand"!

I was walking through the forest, and I saw something unusual. It was a butterfly, but this little one was different than actual butterfly. It had a round body and head. It did not have antennae on its head, which was odd. Its wings were straight lines, but it can fly very well. I found the butterfly fascinating.

I left the cabin recently to take a breather and have some alone time and I saw a large shadow that appeared to belong to a menacing monkey bot or zombie that appeared to be heavily armed.

Who's that Pokémon?! It's the Whatchamacallit!

Pokédex entry: Watchamacallit, the illusion pokémon. This legendary pokémon is said to only exist as part of the shadows from certain pokémons who display traits of aggression to those who wronged them. Only a handful of trainers have seen this pokémon and lived to tell the tale. If you encounter a pokémon with eerie signs of aggression, it's best to turn the other way and leave them be, you never know if the Watchamacallit is in their shadow.

I was woken from my slumber by a shuffling noise. I had heard tales of a congested creature with a sizable snout lurking in these hills. Slowly I crept out of my sleeping bag, unzipped the tent, and looked out into the moonlit night, my camera raised before me. The creature gave a startled yelp, and I fell backward into the tent, the camera flashing. In a blink, the creature was gone and I was once again alone. I looked through the pictures, all useless, save one shocking image that captured the shadow of… the legendary Spiny Snuffler!

The triad beast roams the mountains near Camp Bell Tree, devouring any in its path. It has a taste for easy prey.. like campers! They say it can strike at any time, though daybreak might make you feel safe, the beast could be lurking around that tree, hungry for its breakfast!

Have you seen the faceless lady? She is a minor nature deity who roams the woods at dusk. Her wispy gown makes the leaves on the forest floor rustle softly and if you listen carefully, you can hear the trees whisper to her. She will not harm creatures with a pure soul. If you should, however, intentionally harm the woods, prepare for her wrath. It will not be merciful and she will haunt you for eternity.

Oh no, a scary robot! It came surrounded in a sinister fog, it has those creepy antennae, and it looks like it has a weapon in that back hand, but I’m sure the green light in its eye must mean it’s friendly, right?

Here’s the setup, as it was in the shadow picture and deconstructed, plus a bonus picture of the W figure I took the hair from because I reattached it before I realized I should show a pic that actually makes it clear what the stuff in the setup is. It’s a bottle of hand sanitizer taped to a figma stand, with a heavily abused ethernet cable taped to the back, wrapped in a strip of fabric cut off of a mesh laundry bag, with a nendoroid’s hair and part of a gum wrapper balanced on top.
