Unconfirmed Private Message Receipts

Hello. I just finishing doing some wi-fi feedback, however, in my inbox, it says that I have an unconfirmed private message receipt. I read the message, but I didn't think I needed to do anything other than rate the person's wi-fi; so, I deleted it. :/ Anyone know if I can do anything to confirm it even though it's in the trash?

Confirmed means that someone has read your message and accepted the receipt. Unconfirmed means they either rejected the receipt or did not read your PM.
