What are you reading?

I just finished The Sun and the Star (after far too long), and I'm going to rate it 4/5 stars. The book is written by two authors, so the style was hard to adapt to at first, but I ended up loving it!

I might DNF the Odyssey for now, the translation I have (the Robert Fagles translation) is hard for me to read and I haven't touched it in months. I've heard Emily Wilson's translation is good, so I might pick that up at some point.

I plan to start reading Loveless by Alice Oseman next!

A Memory of Light, book #14 in the Wheel of Time series...and also the last(unless you count the prequel, New Spring). I'm about a third of the way through it so far and am excited to finish it!:D

Finished reading the first Mistborn!! amazing book, can't wait to start the next one. 5/5 stars

22/20 books read for the year now

Finally starting to actually read the manga for Yu-Gi-Oh! after watching the anime as a kid and now getting back into it!

I've been reading some witchy books in honor of Halloween. Yesterday I read The Girl Who Kept the Castle by Ryan Graudin, a middle grade book about a girl who has to help save her home and keep evil from disrupting the balance of her world after the wizard she works for passes away. And now I'm reading Flowerheart by Catherine Bakewell, which I'm really enjoying so far

I'm reading The House on The Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune. The characters are fantastic so far and I could totally see this book working well as a TV series. I brought my copy to a Starbucks earlier today and the barista said she owns a copy signed by the author. I'm super jealous.

I've started reading Sourcery by Terry Pratchett, the 5th book in the Discworld series.

It feels like ages since I've read a proper book, even though I know it's been less than a year.

I just finished Loveless! It was my first Alice Oseman book, and she made a great first impression.

I'll be starting Lore by Alexandra Bracken tomorrow!

Finished No Mark Upon Her by Deborah Crombie yesterday!

And just reread A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness. Planning to rewatch the movie soon and thought revisiting the book would be a good idea. Enjoyed the second read as much of the first if not more

I just started reading a book called Blood Over Bright Haven by M.L. Wang! And for manga I've been reading Frieren: Beyond Journey's End

I suck at consistently reading, but I've been reading the ACOTAR series and am currently on A Court of Wings and Ruin

Love this series so much <3
