What did you cook or bake today?

How much honey and flour?
totally jotting this down so I can teach my niece too!
2 tablespoons of each!

1. mix one whole egg and two egg yolks until well mixed
2. heat up honey for two minutes
3. slowly pour honey into egg
4. mix until it thickens until it thickens into double the size and turns pale
5. add the flour and lightly mix; you won't want to over mix this
6. preheat oven to 355 degrees; once preheated, bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown

I made the most basic meal of all time - spaghetti bolognese! Couldn't be bothered to go to the shop and wanted to use ingredients I had at home haha

I’m currently making raspberry chocolate chip muffins! I’ve never tried the recipe before but I’m so excited. 8 minutes left in the oven 💕

This week I made lemon blackberry bars, sweet potato black bean burgers, seitan taco meat, and carrot bagels!

Not going healthy today...

Chicken, Stuffing, Corn, Mashed Potatoes.
Banana Bread.

I made Ghraybeh.

😭 I'm so upset. I went to make myself an omelette, got everything set up and went to add milk the the mix only for a gross chunk to fall into my beautiful food🤮

Made a "kladdkaka"(swedish stuff chocolate thing, google if you want) last night for the first time in years since I was bored. Haven't got the chance to try it yet since it got late and I had to let it cool in the fridge.

Aww this is super cute, I bet it tastes amazing! The flowers are precious 😍

Tried it earlier and it was totally delish. Glad it turned out so good ahh I could eat the whole thing ;D trick is to take it out while still gooey and let it cool in the fridge instead of making it hard in the oven.
