What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: Protein weetabix with fruit + nut museli, banana, and milk 🍌🥛

Lunch/Snack: Slice of carrot cake with protein vanilla mousse and a mango 🥕🥭

Dinner: Chicken tikka sandwich with tzatziki and spinach, plus some dried apricots 🥪

Afternoon Snack: 3 dark chocolate digestive biscuits and a coffee 🍪:coffee:
 
breakfast: 2 sausages + a crumpet
lunch: cheese, pickle and tomato toasted sandwich
snack: mash potato
dinner: roast monchies

Breakfast - toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese, water
Lunch - apple slices with peanut butter, pretzels, chocolate morsel, caprisun
Afternoon snack - Rice Krispie treat
Evening Snack - cheez it's, soda
Dinner - meatloaf, corn bread (don't remember what I drank)
Late night snack - chopped strawberries and vanilla ice cream
 
Breakfast: Ka’Chava shake
Lunch: Red Lentil spaghetti with homemade alfredo sauce, or, “orange pasta [with] sauce” as Nicholas calls it
 
Breakfast: Buttered brown rice with salt and pepper, guacamole toast, and a couple kiwis
Lunch: A couple veggie patty sandwiches with brown mustard, Colby-Jack cheese, sauerkraut, cucumber, and black olives
Dinner: Salad with red wine vinegar (lettuce, green olives, cucumbers, pecans, yellow/green bell peppers), and shell pasta with tomato sauce mixed with vegetarian ground beef and more green olives and yellow/green bell peppers
 
Breakfast: French Vanilla Chai Tea

Lunch: Leftover Hibachi Shrimp, Citrus Green Tea, 2 Dove Chocolate pieces (1 milk chocolate & 1 dark chocolate)

Dinner: Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito and Nacho Fries from Taco Bell, Sweet Tea

Dessert: Raspberry Sorbet bar covered in Dark Chocolate
 
Just dinner. Chicken rice casserole and onion rings.

Breakfast: honeydew melon, kiwi fruit, and strawberries, and a coconut soya yoghurt.

Lunch (x1): pre-made salad, Thai sweet chilli crisps. Gingerale.
Lunch (x2)*: Spicy Big Tasty & fries (takeout 🔨)

Dinner: spinach & ricotta tortellini in tomato & chilli sauce with steamed broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and carrots. Cabernet sauvignon.


*I was still hungry after eating lunch so went to McDonalds and bought a second. 😅

Breakfast: coffee, cheese, apple sauce, oatmeal cookie
Lunch: sandwich
Dinner: hamburgers, hash browns, chips
Snacks: water, chocolate, trail mix

Today
Breakfast: coffee, cheese, cookies
Lunch: leftover hamburger + hash brown
Dinner: chicken, rice, frozen vegetables
Snacks: water, more coffee, trail mix (same kind as yesterday)
 
Breakfast: Eggs and bacon on pumpernickel bread with feta cheese
Lunch: Leftover alfredo and pasta
Dinner: Fried chicken wings

I feel like I've had nothing but junk lately.
 
Breakfast: Realgood Foods Co. Sausage Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich (Basically a Frozen Breakfast sandwich looking thing)
Lunch: Apple Walnut Salad, Lite Greek Yogurt, and Diet Cran Grape Juice
Dinner: Frozen Pizza
 
Breakfast was skipped.
Had chicken with sauce and onion rings for lunch.
Dinner was a peanut butter waffle.

Lunch: Grilled Chicken Pesto with rotini pasta, spinach, zucchini, and squash; Kiwi Strawberry Minute Maid

Dinner: Four cheese melt with tomatoes and roasted peppers on ciabatta bread; Dr. Pepper

Snacks/Dessert: 2 Dove chocolate pieces (1 milk chocolate & 1 milk chocolate caramel), Mango My Mochi ice cream
 
(Yesterday)

Breakfast (9am): vegan sausage roll (Greggs). Orange juice

Snacks: blueberries and watermelon. Coffee. Sencha.

Lunch: Naked Thai sweet chilli soup & 4 slices of bread. Coke.

Dinner: vegetable noodle soup made with rice vermicelli, beansprouts, mushrooms, red & green chillis, broccoli, and carrot. Caberbet sauvignon.
 
Breakfast: Leftover veggie potstickers and fried rice with peas, carrots, corn, green beans, mushrooms, and a little bit of vegetarian ground beef
Lunch: Leftover pasta
Dinner: Pickled cucumber slices, homemade oven fries, a bread biscuit with a mini veggie patty, pinto beans with chopped jalapeños, and cooked apples with cinnamon for dessert
 
Breakfast: Vanilla yogurt and 2 pieces of toast with iced coffee
Lunch: Pepperjack cheese wrapped with smoked turkey and sweet tea
Dinner: Sandwich with chips and sour cream and onion dip and more sweet tea
