What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Last night I was starving so I had a quesadilla as a late night snack. 🧀

Breakfast: Blueberry Bagel with Cream Cheese 🥯🫐

Lunch: Salad (spring mix, tomatoes, carrots, green bell peppers, mushrooms, cheese, honey mustard dressing); Citrus Green Tea 🥗

Dinner: Five Layer Burrito, Chicken Chalupa, and Nacho Fries from Taco Bell; Sweet Tea 🌯🌮

Snack/Dessert: 2 Dove Chocolate pieces (milk chocolate caramel & dark chocolate), Raspberry Sorbet bar covered in Dark Chocolate 🍫
 
Breakfast: Hard boiled egg and coffee

Lunch: Salad (spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, bacon bits, leftover pork roast, egg) with water

Dinner: Polish sausage with water
 
Breakfast: very reluctantly skipped.

Lunch: two bread rolls with lorne sausage & fried eggs. Spice imperial tea.

Dinner: loaded fries (cheese, chicken, jalapeños). (takeout)
 
Breakfast: Leftover beans & rice dish, a few mini veggie sausage links
Lunch: Vegetarian chicken nuggets and sauerkraut
Dinner: Pink apple slices and veggie potstickers
 
Breakfast: a glass of milk
Lunch: fresh pressed juice
Supper: chicken, baked potato, salad
Extra: mint chocolate chip ice cream
 
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: skipped
Dinner: rice with peanut butter, chicken, vegetables (onions, carrots, corn, peas, green beans)
Snacks: water, more coffee, sesame trail mix, honey-roasted peanuts
 
breakfast: 2 waffles with raspberry jam
lunch: a handful of almonds and a cup of coffee
dinner: chicken nuggets from a fast food place on my way home

lunch: spinach salad with onions, nuts (forgot what kind), and blue cheese

dinner: grilled chicken with macaroni salad

ate healthier than usual today but watch that change tomorrow 😅

Breakfast: Eggs, Polish sausage, toast, coffee
Lunch: Ham sandwich (ham, salami, spinach, cucumbers, pepperjack cheese on whole wheat bread) with water
Dinner: Toasted Italian sub (ham, salami, provolone cheese, lettuce on sub roll) with Coca-Cola

I didn't realize until typing this that I essentially had the same thing for lunch and dinner, just in slightly different form factors. :\

dinner: battered cauliflower bites and vegan prawn tempura (v beige and fried dinner)
i also had a chocolate fudge cupcake
 
Breakfast: Protein weetabix, topped with muesli, 1/2 banana, and milk 🥛

Lunch: 2 slices of sourdough toast, one with butter + marmite, the other with peanut butter + 1/2 banana 🍞🧈🍌🥜

Dinner: Chicken tikka tortilla wrap with spinach, cheese, and caramelised onion hummus, then some grapes and apricots 🌯🧀🍇

Afternoon Snack: 2 digestive biscuits + 1 chocolate truffle with a coffee 🍪🍫:coffee:
 
Only ate once.

Dinner: Smoked brisket, raw kefir and milk, and some peaches and cherries.

Lunch: chicken and a baked potato
Extra: fresh pressed juice
Extra 2: popcorn
Supper: hamburger & coleslaw
 
Breakfast: Pink apple and leftover veggie potstickers
Lunch: Cream cheese bagel topped with pickled cucumber slices, the last of the leftover potstickers, and some pretzels and potato chips as a snack later on
Dinner: Cheese lasagna
 
Breakfast: silly pills 🤪 (I'm medicated)
Lunch: a darn Soup
Dinner: BLT with extra tomatoes because I love tomatoes sooo much.
 
Breakfast: Lemon Herbal Tea

Lunch: Chicken Fajita Bowl (chicken, rice, onions, and a variety of peppers); Dr. Pepper

Dinner: Greek Gyro, Mozzarella Sticks with marinara dipping sauce, Sweet Tea

Snack/Dessert: 2 Dove Chocolate pieces (milk chocolate caramel & dark chocolate), Raspberry Sorbet bar covered in Dark Chocolate

Lunch: skipped
Dinner: ham and mashed potatoes (with white sauce and hard-boiled eggs)
Snacks: water, honey-roasted peanuts, chocolate

Breakfast: coconut soya yoghurt.

Lunch: salad*, rice, a hard-boiled egg, cucumber & carrot sticks with red pepper houmous. Spice imperial tea.

Dinner: cod/haddock/salmon fishcake and curly fries. Coke.

*made with pak choi, cucumber; red, yellow & green bell peppers, red onion, salt & pepper croutons and cheddar in a garlic & herb dressing.
 
Breakfast: Toast with butter and honey and coffe.
Lunch: Salad (spinach, cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, bacon bits, green olives, and egg) with water
Dinner: Chicken marsala
