What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: Shrimp Alfredo with broccoli and linguine pasta, Kiwi Strawberry Minute Maid

Dinner: Cobb Salad with honey mustard dressing, Citrus Green Tea

Snack/Dessert: Small Cinnamon Roll, Chocolate Frosty from Wendy's
 
Breakfast: toasted bagel and strawberry cream cheese. Water and soda.
Lunch: 1 package of peanut butter crackers
Snack: a few grapes here and there.
Dinner: homemade pizza. Soda.
Snack: cheez it's and soda.

I'm glad for this thread... I didn't realize how much Pepsi I had today until now. Almost every meal 😅 but I did exercise and drink water too so I'm ok.

Yesterday my meals were a lot healthier, but that's ok!! It's ok to have off days!!

Breakfast: egg & sausage muffin. Coffee.

Lunch: cake. Darjeeling tea.

Dinner: curry, chips, naan bread. Coke.

lunch: spaghetti
dinner: rice

snack: lots of water, tons of water, so much water im like a fish
 
Breakfast: Oat porridge topped with peach protein yoghurt, berries, muesli, banana, and peanut butter 🍓🫐🍌🥜

Snack: Slice of chocolate gateau 🎂

Dinner: A bit of leftover chilli with olive bread 🍞 Then some mango, grapes, and apricots.

Afternoon Snack: 1 dark chocolate digestive biscuit + 1 chocolate truffle with a coffee 🍫:coffee:

My diet is like 99% sweet food,,, I need to fix that tbh 😞
 
I ate a Wendy's burger and fries for a late dinner/early dinner ^^

Lunch: Chicken & Broccoli Linguine in a roasted red pepper alfredo sauce, Sweet Tea with lemon

Dinner: Chicken Nuggets, Waffle Fries, Citrus Green Tea

Snacks/Dessert: 2 Jolly Ranchers (Blue Raspberry & Cherry), Chocolate Milkshake with whipped cream
 
Breakfast: Leftover fried rice and cooked apples
Lunch: Blackberries, baby carrots, spanakopita, and cheese pizza pockets
Dinner: Elbow pasta with cream of mushroom soup and the last of the leftover apples
 
I ate some seasoned chicken wings, noodles, and a chocolate chip cookie. For a drink, I had some of my favorite Mountain Dew.

Lunch - yellow chicken curry with white rice (my favorite food ❤️)
Dinner - skipped
For snacks I had an iced mocha from Starbucks after work if that counts 😅

Breakfast: Naked Thai chicken ramen soup and four slices of buttered bread. Ginger ale.

Lunch: tomato mushroom penne. Coke.

Snack: cake.

Dinner: jeyuk deopbap. Soju cocktail.
 
Breakfast: Protein weetabix w/ banana, museli, maple syrup, and milk 🍌🍁

Snack: Pain au Chocolat with protein chocolate mousse 🥐

Dinner: Tuna sandwich, with some grapes and apricots on the side 🥪🍇

Afternoon Snack: 2 chocolate digestive biscuits and 1 chocolate truffle w/ coffee :coffee:

Lunch: open-face veggie pâté 'sandwich'
Supper: will be a falafel wrap! 😋
Extra: fresh pressed juice (apple, lemon, beet)
 
Breakfast: All Natural apricot & almond bar. Two slices of toast with cream cheese. Twinnings "Detox" tea.

Lunch: popcorn chicken, fries, and corn on the kob at KFC (takeout 🔨). Coke.

Dinner: beef noodle broth*. Cabernet sauvignon.

*made with sirloin steak, rice vermicelli, onion, garlic, beansprouts, broccoli, and mushrooms.
 
Breakfast: Leftover cream of mushroom soup pasta and pickled cucumber slices
Lunch: The last of the leftover pasta and a couple pieces of toast with cream cheese, topped with more pickled cucumber slices. Had a peanut butter and apple jelly sandwich as a snack later.
Dinner: Rice and pinto beans with chopped green olives, banana peppers, and jalapeños
