Breakfast: toasted bagel and strawberry cream cheese. Water and soda.
Lunch: 1 package of peanut butter crackers
Snack: a few grapes here and there.
Dinner: homemade pizza. Soda.
Snack: cheez it's and soda.
I'm glad for this thread... I didn't realize how much Pepsi I had today until now. Almost every meal but I did exercise and drink water too so I'm ok.
Yesterday my meals were a lot healthier, but that's ok!! It's ok to have off days!!
Breakfast: Leftover fried rice and cooked apples Lunch: Blackberries, baby carrots, spanakopita, and cheese pizza pockets Dinner: Elbow pasta with cream of mushroom soup and the last of the leftover apples
Breakfast - skipped Lunch - yellow chicken curry with white rice (my favorite food ) Dinner - skipped
For snacks I had an iced mocha from Starbucks after work if that counts
Breakfast: Leftover cream of mushroom soup pasta and pickled cucumber slices Lunch: The last of the leftover pasta and a couple pieces of toast with cream cheese, topped with more pickled cucumber slices. Had a peanut butter and apple jelly sandwich as a snack later. Dinner: Rice and pinto beans with chopped green olives, banana peppers, and jalapeños
