I usually fall asleep sometime around 2am and wake up around 9am. I can live like an early bird though. I like taking 8ams so during semesters my sleep schedule looks more like 11/midnight to 6/7am
Recently I have been going to bed really late due to animal crossing!! I am very very addicted at the moment and I lose track of time. I have been going to bed around 3-5 am XD Thankfully mt studies have finished until September so I am able to but I need to start getting a better sleeping schedule for when it starts again!
I go to sleep 9:30 - 10 pm and wake up 6 am. That way I won't be tired next day and I have much energy to do things. I'm also in better mood.
The "problem" is that I will wake up early without alarm or anything even I went bed way later. In these cases I have tried to continue sleeping after I first woke up, but I always end up being very tired that day even I slept more.
It seems to change everyday, weekly depending on what my schedule is like. I think earlier in the semester when school is in full blast it's usually before 12 am. Lately, it has been anywhere between 12 am and 2 am. It doesn't really help that I take naps during the day too lol.
I am a night owl so I go to bed anywhere from midnight to 5AM (even if I have somewhere to be that morning). lol Playing video games and surfing the web is so much better late at night because it is quiet and I usually have almost all the bandwidth to myself!
