Anywhere around 1-4 am. It used to be a whole lot worse, and would go to bed 5am + lol, but for some reason I'm always waking up around 7-8am no matter what time I go to bed. It's odd.
8 or 9pm is usually when I got to sleep, but I used to go to bed at 7pm all the time when I was in grade school. I'm so used to getting at least 8 or 10 hours of sleep that I just prefer to go to bed early and rise early. That's just me though.
I range from 12-3am. It all depends on how bad my insomnia is that particular night. It's okay, though. Being a night owl has its perks. I get a LOT of my work done in the evenings.
I tend to work morning shifts now (usually 5:30am-2pm) and I have a love hate relationship with it.
I am not a morning person and find myself to be more nocturnal than everything, but being off at 2 you still have most of your day left....
when I work my early mornings I am asleep around 10:30pm and wake up at about 4:30am (ew).
before I worked early shifts and when I have days off, I tend to stay up until 2 (sometimes 3)am and sleep in until about 10am.
If I have stuff to do on the following day, like classes for example, I usually try to go to bed around 11 pm. I often stay up later when I don't have to be up early though, and in that case I most usually go to sleep around midnight or some time after that.
It varies a lot. I feel comfortable going to bed between 1-3 am. Sometimes I have long periods where I go to sleep before 9 pm. Or 9 am. I'm a total night owl. I feel calm when the world is quiet and asleep, that is my time, I don't wanna go to bed.
This is exactly how I feel. I never go to bed before midnight. On a weeknight, I force myself to go to bed between 12-1am because I have to wake up at 7am, but I always struggle to fall asleep. When I don't have to be up early and can follow my natural schedule, I go to bed around 3-4am and wake up around noon.
My boyfriend and I both have to get up around 5:30 am Monday through Friday so we go to bed pretty early. Usually anywhere from 9:30-11:30, depending on how tired we are.On the weekends we usually stay up a little bit later. When we both worked nights we went to bed anywhere from 3-4am.
Right now I usually Go to sleep at 12-1 am and wake up at 7:30 am for work.
On weekends though when I don?t work I wake up at 11 am and might go to sleep at the same time or slightly later.
Sometimes I also have to wake up earlier or later if my work shift changes.

my bedtime is usually between 1-2 now but ive messed up my schedule a few days ago and now im just a mess lol. its way worse in the summer when i dont have uni to keep me on schedule tho
