I'm not sure that the October birthstone is opal. I want to say that is June's.

Wait, maybe June's is pearl which looks similar. For some reason I was thinking October's was yellow or orange.

November's is yellow topaz.

October is opal and an alternate pink gem. June's is pearl.

While the event is still a work in progress behind the scenes, we seem to have accidentally created what will likely be our biggest Halloween event yet. I think all of the Halloween fans here will be satisfied!
