Brews & Horror d'Oeuvres

Mummified Cake Pops & Bubbly Brew
Notes_211028_162639_baa.jpg

These are red velvet cake pops dipped in white chocolate candy melts and decorated using sprinkles and more white chocolate to look like mummies! The drink is gummy worms, green food dye on the rim and Thrashed Apple Mountain Dew (if you like regular Mountain Dew you should try this, it's my new favorite soda!).

French Toasted Fingers

Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Milk
1 pinch of Sugar
1 pinch of Salt
Corn Flakes
Cinnamon
Cooking Oil
1 slice of bread per person
Jam or Syrup

Start with 2 bowls

In the first bowl, add 1 egg, 1 Tablespoon of milk, a pinch of Sugar, and a pinch of Salt. Optionally, you can add a dash of Vanilla, if you feel fancy. Wisk contents of bowl until is is fully mixed.

In the second bowl, add cornflakes. Crush the Cornflakes until they are broken into small pieces. Don't crush them into powder. Mix in some Cinnamon to your level of preference.

Take some bread. I recommend King Hawaiian White Bread, although you can also use slices of day old Baguette (don't use fresh bread, because it is too soft). Slice the bread into 3 evenly sliced pieces (or slice the Baguette to be slightly thicker than your thumb).

Prepare a frying pan with a layer of cooking oil, about half the width of the bread.

Dip the slices of bread into the batter, and then dip it into the corn flakes, coating both sides evenly.

Put the bread in the frying pan and cook it, flipping it over when the corn flakes start turning a golden color. Be careful not to over cook.

Serve with jam and/or syrup.

I tried my best, but I present: Jack's Spooky Milk!
Screen Shot 2021-10-28 at 6.53.36 PM.png

Take some milk and with some spooky magic, it'll turn orange, just for Halloween! Take some cookies of your choice (or Oreos in mine) and grind them up in little bit. Wet the top of your glass and let it roll in the crumbs to create an outer layer around the glass. Lastly, take some Oreos and dunk them in the milk for added deliciousness!

Tentacool Juice
Made with freshly harvested tentacool tentacles (cream) mixed with the purest salt of water (blue water) extracted from the seas of Alola. To balance the saltyness, the rim is lined with sugar for this drink.

Ever feel like a zombie after a long day? We all have those moments and i have the solution. I’m proud to announce the Resurrector. Made from the most nutrient soil, this drink will make you feel like a super zombie. Also comes with an orange slice for the sunset and that frown will turn upside down once you drink this.

These are siren tears. They were collected from my homies who hate my dolphin dolphy. That's pretty spooky

spooky gatorade (two mystery flavors) and extra salt for the tears

Sugar Rush Madness
YXURSIq.jpg
A concoction that's stated to drive creatures to madness with its high intensity sugar rush. The rush of the sugary goodness has caused those that drink it to do some questionable things. That was why the concoction was named the Sugar Rush Madness. There have been reports that after the sugar rush for the consumer has been subsided then they would have no recollection of what they've done afterwards.

Spooky Chocolate Chip Cookies

Three spooktacular chocolate chip cookies all dressed up for Halloween in delicious icing.

This is what happened with the remaining icing and eyeball candies. Ridiculous yet terrifying. 🤣

Vampyre's Elixir - a foreboding concoction that smells oddly metallic... The bartender offered no explanations. There seems to be something floating inside.. they look a bit strange though.

Sorry, I can't tell if this is in a bowl or a cup? Do you mind taking a side view picture of it? (just the dishware, if the ingredients are gone) and I can accept.

Pumpkin Patch Punch

For my entry I've made a simple fruit punch consisting of cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and cantalope chunks (to represent pumpkin). I also added some extra red colouring just to make it really really red.
