Chipper Confections

This odd creation is a butter cookie which I decorated to look like a red & green tree ornament with food coloring and sour cream!

Here's my entry! 🍪

I made sugar cookies from scratch and used a reindeer-shaped cookie cutter for this. I made the frosting with butter, icing sugar, and cocoa powder. I used almonds for the ears, raisins for the eyes, and red sugar-coated peanut for the nose (all from a trail mix). I also made the blush by putting singular oats on either side of the face and sprinkled Nesquik strawberry milk powder/mix to make it pink.

I didn't eat the cookie since I gave it to my brother - He said it was good!

My family and I always make homemade shortbread cookies each year and decorate them. Hope it's okay that we decorate them before baking them, so I'm including a pic with them before we popped them in the oven just in case the finished isn't proof enough.

Spent a lot of time on this one. Several sprinkles were placed with tweezers and I used a toothpick to spread the icing for the tiny details. Really happy with how it turned out though. :)

My boyfriend also made a cookie and he told me I should share it with you guys so here it is:

tfw you're a snowman haunted by the ghosts of Christmas past so you cry tears of blood

please forgive me... not only was this was my only cookie, but I only possess Halloween sprinkles, and the red dye I was going to decorate with dripped onto the icing LMAO there was no salvaging this

Tom Nook and his apprentices sit atop a mountain of bells at the end of a particularly lucrative fiscal year.
They are sugar cookies I rolled and cut out with a round cutter for the bells, and I used an x-acto knife to cut out the Nooks.
They are decorated with royal icing, and have Hershey's Kisses for noses. The bells are finished off with edible gold glitter dust.

Here's a pic of the glitter I used to show that it is in fact edible, just in case it's needed. :)

I made a snowman snow globe.
The cookies are store bought sugar cookies that I decorated with cookie icing and silver sprinkles.

I just wanted to show that the silver sprinkles are really edible sprinkles.
