No actually, if he comes up before I am done cycling, I cannot reserve him for myself...lol. I am not willing to have to go through trying to pick around him, I would rather spend a day cycling through sixteen and then pay for him if I have to... ;)

Oh god, I can't remember if the 10th villager has to be a camper, or if you can move somebody in yourself when the 10th slot is open.

If you can, then I can take Vesta, but I seriously don't remember.. e_e;

Indeed. I had her in WW and loved having her as a neighbor, so it's going to be nice to have her again in NL.~
