My entire style is somewhere down the middle honestly, trying to wear a style that I feel confident and comfortable in. In the case of shoes, I usually go with docs/boots, including platforms, but honestly, I actually don't find them uncomfortable either, so it's a win win

I generally won't buy clothes if they don't look good. Style is more important to me. I have a lot of comfortable clothes but I make sure they have a certain look. Solid white or black athleisure can be comfortable and cool looking

It depends. If I'm going to be walking or exploring, I'll probably go for comfort...but I'd never wear something unattractive no matter how comfortable it is (example: puffer vests). My most comfy shoes are a pair of Asics runners, but I'll forego wearing them for something more fashionable if I feel they take away from my outfit.

I share your feelings about Converse, I like the look, but holy crap I dread the things they do to my feet....I have a pair I haven't worn in months because they made my heels bleed WITH socks.

My favorite shoe which offers both comfort and style is probably my Onitsuka Tigers, and I also like Doc Martens but they're on the heavy side.

For shoes, comfort is top-priority for me. I have big feet and thus often have trouble finding the right shoe size at stores. However, if my size is available in various colors, I'll buy whichever pair of shoes I think are cool-looking and stylish. Currently, I have a pair of New Balance sneakers and I love them because of their comfy and cushiony feel that's convenient for taking walks or playing sports. I also have a pair of sandals that I like wearing because they don't cause any discomfort between feet like flip-flops.

When it comes to clothes, I think both are important. Whenever I go clothes shopping, I always buy whatever looks nice and feels comfy. At home, I always wear loose and comfortable shirts, though I don't mind wearing slightly tight jeans for formal occasions.

Has to be both. I don't like going to an outing with comfy clothes that look bad, nor do I want stylish clothes that give me body pains. Only exception of this course is if I'm just going out for a short while, I don't need to be that stylish buying a drink from 7/11.

I love crop tops, sleeveless tops, baggy shorts, and loose pants the most! (wow basic ik LMAO). It's hot majority of the time so having baggy bottoms and sleeveless tops really maximizes how much of my skin is cooled off by the wind. I also used to hate Crocs, but now that I'm older I realize how comfortable and cute they look. Mom handed me down her pastel green platform Crocs and damn I look tall and cute AND my feet are nice and comfy, especially good since I'm small. I've had a good number of strangers compliment my Crocs and it really solidified my love for those specific shoes.

Comfort all the way! I have small, narrow feet (esp. for my height) so I would always get shoes that were a little tight on me. One of my legs is slightly longer than the other and I've developed calluses on one foot (from pressure?), so comfort is my number one goal.

Comfort is a huge must for me. This is why I don't like formal clothing as they tend to be fairly tight around my body and even limit some of my movement at times. I get that you need to look professional in certain places, but I don't want it to come at the cost of comfort, especially for the entire day.

Both but I lean towards style. I like fashion and having a desired look. Comfort is important too because my heels get hurt the most, plus trying to pre-bandage areas is the worst (and in most cases, never lasts).

Generally, the shoes I buy are boots, oxfords and loafers which are the most comfortable to me.

whaaat I love af1 they're super comfy for me
converse as well
I'm struggling a bit to break my docs in but they will some day be comfortable (hopefully...)

but yea usually I go for trendy shoes that are comfy

It depends what I am doing, for work comfort over style all the way. Otherwise I am going to say style because I love sneakers and having them match my outfit.

Shoes have to be comfortable.
Yeah this is basically the only thing I always get comfy (I kinda like boots with a bit of heels though lol) like sneakers and stuff, though most are kinda flat still even if they have a thicker outside sole.

I'd rather be dead than go outside wearing pjs and loungewear like some do lol. Nothing personal but it looks... bad. And I'd freeze lol. So yeah stylish all the way even if I work even though I need like sweaters/cardigans, but those are easy to find stylish these days so.

comfort, definitely. i have some balance and mobility issues that make wearing stylish, ‘uncomfortable’ shoes (ex. heels) impossible, so comfort is really my only option anyways lol. i also have wide, hard-to-find-shoes-for feet, so style isn’t always my priority when shoe shopping — as long as i like the shoe, they fit my feet and are comfortable to wear and walk around in, i don’t care what brand/style they are or if they’re stylish.

i prefer comfort over style when it comes to all my clothes, hence why i’m usually always wearing baggy shirts/hoodies, leggings and sweatpants. you’ll never catch me wearing anything that’s tight or that i’m not comfortable/confident in. comfort and convenience > style tbh.

both comfort and style/colour are important to me!! i'm into oversized sweatshirts, boxy cardigans and this one pair of jogging bottoms ce moment, and i only really wear comfy trainers.

clothes-wise, style's important but if it's not comfy or if it fits weird then i wouldn't buy it. high heels are a definite no from me. put simply, i wouldn't survive

I’m such a sucker for comfort that my mom has pressured me to wear nicer clothes before. I like T-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, and maybe jeans if they have an elastic waistband. Any dresses I buy have to be made of a comfy material and never have any sort of buttons or zippers. I’ve been super into sweaters and warm tunics this season, since they’re almost always soft.

I wear sneakers in fall and spring, flat-bottomed boots in winter and memory foam sandals in summer. I own only one pair of shoes that could be considered “nice”, which is a pair of side-snap leather boots with a small heel, and I don’t wear them when I have to stand up for long periods because they hurt the bottoms of my feet.

I tend to dress my video game characters up in poofy dresses, makeup and heels because I don’t like any of those on myself IRL 😂

It's a mix of both, but leaning more towards comfort. Color and style matters, (and since my style isn't very trendy shopping gets kind of hard) but if it's not comfortable I'm not buying it. I wear the same pair of black or white converse pretty much everywhere. (if you can't tell I hate shoe shopping) As for clothes I wear a lot of hoodies, jeans, and t-shirts, but occasionally get some random spontaneous burst to wear something else like a skirt or something.

(Liking converse seems to be an unpopular opinion here. They're the only "trendy" shoe I find comfortable.)

I prefer comfort over style for all my clothes. I'm not somebody who's into stylish clothes to begin with, but even if I was, it's really hard to enjoy wearing something if I'm uncomfortable while I'm wearing it.
