Yup, you go talk to them, and the dialog option of moving to your town WILL come up.
Unless, of course, you have them before in the same town, and have yet to cycle out 16 villagers after they last moved out.
Hopefully that is not the case for Stitches here ^^;;

never had stitches i nthis town, its mostly new! my only hope is they dont move somewhere where theyll be in the way
