What does it mean x2 Hamlet and Skye? (I'm new to all this 'Cycling' stuff so please bare with me)

since there are several cyclers, hamlet is in more than one town, and both of the hamlet's and skye have just moved in

Like because we have 8 cyclers we get lots of villagers so between us we have roughly 90 villagers (I have two towns)But when they move out, others move in! And we just so happen to of had two hamlets move in (in seperate towns) and in another cylers town, Skye moved in!
