any of these okay? The second one needs to be touched up a bit ovo; the first one looks a bit robotic... i personally like the last one. It's pretty simple but that means more time i can spend on colouring!

well, why don't i just do the last one? It wont have as much animation but I'll make sure it has exceptionally good colouring! If you want i can make your native fruit trees in the back ground! Tell me what they are and I'll get to it!

however if you want i can try to do the first one again? The arms are just a bit wonky is all

i don't know if i'll be able to do the one where he blows a bubble in your friends face :/ it'll be a long animation, so it'll cost alot and you may not have it for a while... or, at all, because it sounds simple but it'll be 3 or 4 sequences of animations. U-U and with all these other projects idk if I'll be able too commit to the way i'd need to!
If you want i can try to do something more simple? Or maybe instead of an animation i could do a cheap commission for you! Or maybe even an art trade! You can look on my tumblr for an idea of what my style is like.

by static i mean just have his hand out the entire time then have the bubbles moving. so the only thing to animate would be the bubbles moving? and maybe the other guy's expression doing a >__< when the bubbles hit? lol if the bubbles are really too hard you can just have him together and the other guy crying. so >___< face with the tears moving

to be honest, i don't understand! But I have a good idea on how to make this! It'll be in a story board format, if you've ever seen like the cut scenes from frozen where it's not a clean animation but just the different motions 1 frame?
