i'm happy that i decided to play story of seasons: friends of mineral town on my switch for the first time, since i got it last christmas...
i named the farm ''sashibu farm'' short for osashiburi - japanese for ''long time no see''
cause it's been ages since i played harvest moon boy & girl on my psp....or harvest moon back to nature on the ps/ps2... & it reminds me of that ^^

- It was the final day of my internship today, and now it's officially over and I submitted my final timesheet 
I'm happy I did something productive and useful for my future during Summer break instead of wasting it like usual haha
- After finishing work I baked a ginger loaf cake that turned out pretty tasty and made the house smell amazing, def a more winter vibes recipe though! I ate a slice with my coffee and froze a couple more for future use, the rest is for my family
- Overall had a pretty easy-going day

A lot has happened over the last week, so Iāll try to make this brief. 
I went to go see my doctor about some health issues and I now know whatās causing them. Itās because Iām overweight and seriously need to lose some. I now have a reason to start exercising again, so Iām gonna have my dad take out and set up the treadmill in the so called āMan Caveā. (Really, itās just the spare bedroom that we store stuff in, but thereās room for the treadmill.)
I found the picrew maker I used to use awhile back and made a new avi. I like it a whole lot.
Decided what I was doing was not me, so I made some little changes to my stuff hopefully for the last time and reset up my Switch. Iām just gonna focus on a couple games for right now and maybe stress less on having too much to play. Everythingās all good now and to my liking. ^-^

ā£ After requesting my PTO to be on this paycheck, I had no idea that I would be receiving a whole stimulus check?? I wasn't expecting it to be nearly that much.
ā£ I was able to order myself a new pair of AirPods. The brands using the rubber tips never stay in my ear, so I'm excited to be receiving these in the mail soon.
ā£ Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has been so much fun lately. I'm improving at battle mode, even with the repetitive bomb battles that somehow follow me from room to room.

I'm feeling better with this sinus cold thing? Still pretty tired but better and I've been starting to get some cleaning done.

Today has been fantastic! I got up and was productive at work, had a tasty meal for lunch, and then I played Pokemon Unite ranked for the first time in awhile and won my very first match as MVP! Things have been going well lately.
Today I'm happy because:
- I felt really productive at work. I've gotten a lot of important tasks done so far this week and I'm hoping to wrap up my to-do list tomorrow.
- I took a walk on my morning break and got some reading done during my lunch break.
- We had a massive thunderstorm start up right before I was supposed to get off work. I was at the office, but I was able to wait it out and it stopped just 15 minutes after I would have normally left.
- The storm took down a bunch of limbs in our yard, but thankfully there was no major damage.
- My brother's payee responded to my requests within 24 hours and he already has the money he needs on his debit card.
- Tomorrow is Friday!

ā¾ I also got to continue my current playthrough of Jack Jeanne some more! I got to make it through the fall performance again, which is my favorite out of all five. ^^ It took me like... six or seven attempts to pull off an SS rank clear of one of the dances on Hard, but I managed!!
ā¾ My parents and I watched a little Youtube and saw fWhip's new episode of New Life!

shift at work got cancelled because of the rain so i have a chance to catch up on my story of seasons gameplay! it's also one week until camp bell tree so i finally got around to changing my lineup appropriately
- I've been really enjoying watching The Last Dance on Netflix recently, even though I know nothing about basketball whatsoever except for watching Kuroko no Basket in high school 
- Made some biscuits today and they turned out surprisingly really delicious

*āā· the axolotl hoodies i ordered last week have been shipped, and should hopefully arrive within the next couple of weeks!! i wonāt be able to wear them for a while since itās too hot out for hoodies, but iām still super excited for them to get here!
*āā· i continued cleaning the bathroom and the kitchen, and my parents are super happy with how itās going! it probably wasnāt the best idea since cleaning has involved a lot of dusting, and my allergies are acting up lol, but it feels really nice to be helpful! the bathroom and kitchen also both look so much nicer already!
*āā· iāve been having an issue with my charger for the past few weeks; itās been working just fine with my phone, but iāve been having a hell of a time getting it to work with my ipad. it was charging, so i was trying to put off buying a new one, but i finally caved, and my new charger works so much better!! itās charging both of my devices beautifully, and at a much faster pace as well! iām very happy with it, and grateful that i donāt have to fight with my charger anymore haha cā:
*āā· i tried blue cheese for the first time today! i did not enjoy it at all LOL, but i have anxiety over trying new foods, so even though i didnāt like it and definitely wonāt be eating it again, iām still happy and proud of myself that i gave it a try!
*āā· one of the fanfics iām reading was updated, and i liked the new chapter a lot! the last chapter of another fanfic iām reading should be posted sometime this weekend as well, and i canāt wait to read it! there are so many incredible writers out there

ā£ I watched tons of Haikyuu today before and after work. I'm so close to finishing the third season and ready to start the final season.
ā£ I have the weekend and Tuesday off to just chill, watch anime, and play some Mario Kart.
ā£ I picked up a few microwave burritos from the store. They didnāt have any spicy burritos, but I like the ones I got.
ā£ I saw my friend today at work. I told her about the Mii I made of her, and she requested that I play as her. I told her it was completely identical and a spitting image of her, so of course she asked me if it (the Mii) was cute. It sounded flirty, but what do I know? My mind was somewhere else entirely ā my favorite person.
Either way, she was able to help me out with cooking, I just couldn't grasp it last time and I got the hang of it with her. I just won't be doing scheduled shifts for it, but at least I can help her out if she needs it. I'm proud of myself for being able to overcome my anxiety and try again. She did ask me, like, 10 times to come cook with her, lmao.

- The weather was nice and sunny for our afternoon walk.
- I saw Olive and a baby bunny in my backyard together! I named the baby Cicely.
- I logged off on time this evening.
- We got most of the packages we ordered on Prime Day today, a day early.
- We went grocery shopping tonight and got everything inside just before a thunderstorm started.
- Today is Shark Awareness Day! I changed my avatar, title, and lineup for the occasion!
- It's been a pretty good day in general.
- Work was easy and not stressful at all.

ā¾ I'm almost at the end of the common route in Jack Jeanne again! I'm excited for when the story will branch off, but I'm also still enjoying all the smaller scene differences and other weekend events. ^^

Late post, but I have a good amount of things I'm happy about.
- I was up early and was productive at work despite being tired, and also had my meeting with my manager as well! I've been firing on all cylinders while there, and have been having a lot of laughs while at it too.
- The Texas Rangers beat the Cleveland Guardians in a 12-4 comeback victory!! Really excited for this second half of the season. This is when they'll really have a chance to prove themselves.
- I've earned back-to-back perfect runs of Memory of Chaos in Honkai: Star Rail, due in large part to all the work I put into my teams (and the fact that the enemies haven't changed too much).
- I've been keeping up with the newest Jujutsu Kaisen season. Top quality as always from that show. Also been binging Black Clover dubbed episodes and it's bringing back so many memories from years ago.
- Lastly, I'm really happy because of the people in my life and my kitties!
