That's an interesting point actually, I'm fine swapping to Jacob idm, but Waffles looks like she's given up so idk how to interpret that honestly.

People who voted for toads last lynch: Heyden, ITookYourWaffles, Locket, glow, runeraider, jacob (I'd say all of these people are likely scumspects except Heyden, although I'm still not sold on scum Locket)

People voting for Waffles this lynch so far: Locket, Evan, me. Byngo, Jacob, glow

Obviously there is some overlap from suspicious people voting in both lynches, but I'm hesitant to switch because (unlike Toads ) Waffles is actually super scummy and there has been soooo much evidence pointing to her as scum. However I'd be willing to switch to Jacob because some points people have made against him, and some points I found in my own recent ISO, are pretty convincing. Oddly enough, his last night "attack" against Evan and his "messenger" wording didn't strike me as super scummy because I actually thought the same thing when I read Evan's post (that using the term "messenger" meant that he confirmably knew there was a messenger). However he's had enough other questionable behaviour that I would feel ok lynching him.

lol Ness have you even thought to stop and think about why they chose you to message and that the person you made a case shortly before night end was 'mafia' according to the messenger? I know she's not done jack **** all game but at the same time that series of choices was very deliberate. I mean, both Locket and Waffles could be reverse psychology situations but with Locket it was a lot more slick if so because of the person chosen and the obviousness of it being a scum message in light of Byngo's. Plus I don't like any of Locket's posts and reads, they townread Rune specifically and yet said they didn't say anything about him later on, and voted for Toads and Waffles in these situations.

My vote is on Locket, unless I can somehow manage to get on my computer at work pre-deadline and a better candidate arises. But again I stand by my theory that team is Rune/Locket/glow/Jacob.

Dad you literally said that Locket's message was a case of reverse psychology not that long ago. There are far more things on waffles then Locket. Could she be scum? Yes but not as much as Waffles. I'm reading her play as deliberate attempt to act jester right now, it's not out of the ordinary for scum to recognize that their partner is as good as dead. I'll elaborate more when I get home.

And dad, if Waffles flips scum, just know you're as good as dead for the next lynch.

Also: 1. If locket is scum, why would they choose her of all people who wasn't in any threat of being lynched, and 2. I read her things about Rune as more newbish if anything. I literally did the exact same thing as her by townreading Rune and not paying attention to him later, if I weren't president/veteran I'd bet that you would be on me for the exact same reasoning.

Two things:

I'm not super concerned with Jacob's nitpick. It is a bit opportunistic to try and cast doubt on me, then he backpedaled when he realized it didn't work out. Or he is town and made that point because it could have been a perspective slip. It's a weak point, sure, and jacob is a null-kinda-scummy lean for me rn; but other peeps are more deserving of the lynch today.

Dad has been defending me a lot and pegging the same general group of people as scum. His wanting to divert to locket is interesting and definitely stands out among the sea of waffles votes. I just don't see why he'd side with me and Vanessa vs. rune if he was really bussing his partner, when rune was far from a lost cause at that point. It'd be easy to bus locket rn when no one wants to vote locket though. I've liked a lot of his analysis in the thread...but he's good at appearing town :\

At risk of later being accused of "defending a scum partner" (although if anyone thinks I'm scum at this point idk what to tell you) I'm not ok with a Locket lynch. Sure the amount of people supporting a Waffles lynch is sketch, but Waffles is way more scummy than Locket, and like Ness just said, why would scum use their first message to bus their partner who wasn't even under suspicion?

I can respect the question of 'why Locket' but at the same time I have issue with how certain people went out of their way to suggest she's an inno fabrication target right off the bat and how they all align together. Why Locket of all the team members? It could be because she's unseeming and gives an excuse for one of their more inexperienced/weaker members a reason to be seen as town and excused of terrible reads/decisions/activity.

And yeah I don't think Waffles is scum as confidently as I think Locket could be. There are specific players I mentioned (glow/Jacob/Locket) that jumped on Waffles the moment voting was opened. I doubt they'd be so fast to bandwagon a teammate because it'll bring their kill count down to one if we're going on 4 member mafia team assumption. But hey if you don't want Locket I'm fine with a glow or Jacob lynch as an alternative. But of course you're not listening to me because you've been 'uneasy' about me for a while now. And be prepared for an exhausting fight tomorrow if I'm still alive and waffles flipped scum because it's a bad move to get rid of my voice, which is one of the strongest for town, not that anyone wants to listen to it these past few games.

Anyways, bedtime. Vote stays on Locket. Sue me.
