Why am I STILL ON COOLDOWN?!

I will not let this stand in having only one mystery gradient balloon this round.

Ooh wait! I already reached my maximum capacity. It would seem that 80 is the limit for this round, no wonder I’m not getting any more.

But I’m still upset over not getting a 2nd balloon this round. Better hope it isn’t a sweet.
