My sleep hasnt been consistent for quite some time now. In the sense that my best guess is 1-10 hours it's honestly whack.
Last night I slept from 1 am till 7 am but last week Slept for 3 hours 4 nights in a row and one night last week I slept for 12 hours
hmm...sometimes i go to bed at 11 and sometimes i go to bed at 2. i usually sleep until 10-11 no matter what unless its school. so between 9 and 12 hours is the usual on weekends, and 7 to 10 on school days
I try to get at least 7-8 hours, but I could be on a normal sleep schedule for a while and then suddenly I'll be awake all night and sleep 12 hours during the day.
I LOVE my sleep, but its terrible quality sleep as in i wake up every 2 hours or so for no reason whatsoever. I sleep for 6-10 hours. I have even been known to fall asleep at 6pm & wake up 10 am the next day.
I usually sleep not quite 7 hours, though I try not to fluctuate more than 5 or 8 hours. I used to love to pull late nighters (even if not for work), but I'm getting old haha and realizing that my health goes down rapidly when I lack sleep.
