I haven't changed mine in years, other than for events and stuff. I've been thinking about changing it for ages but I still want to match the retro game collectable set I have.
But yeah I've only had two non-event profile pictures on here!
I also voted for when I'm in the mood because it varies. You'll see me use three different pfps and signature layouts in a week, and then the same ol' ones for months. It do be like that it my brain for just about anything. c':
I haven’t changed my signature in forever (apart from events) as Its something I love and just no need to change. My pfp, love this one so much. I have a one other that I use a lot. I feel happy and blessed when i get art of my girl
Not too often. I don't know what to put in my signature, so I do simple stuff for it. I do change my avatar a lot though. I also change both for events.

i think i have only changed my pfp 3 times since i joined, actually? i like what i like and the color scheme fits my favorite collectibles usually. i did go through a phase of updated my acnl signature with all of my villagers as they came and went though, that was fun !
I usually only add signatures for group events like the one happening now. Especially if it gives points. Unfortunately, the current activities and additional babysitting hours have kept me busy. I don’t have time to make one anymore.
I used the same avatar for a while when I first made my account (if I recall correctly I used Kid Cat), after a while I changed it to a clay figure I made of my mayor, and kept it that way for years. Only when I started to become truly active in events did I start changing my avatar more frequently. Now I switch it up about once every couple weeks.
I only change my avatar and signature for events here, and for my avatar, I always just change the background and leave Missile no matter what (that's the dog's name). He's my avatar on basically every social media platform I'm on and has been for years. I think the signature has been changed once every five years approximately, outside of events.
I used to want to change my signature alot and used gifs in mine but using the gifs cause too much trouble for me (having to upload them to another site, working for a long time to get the gifs to work) so I just gave up and only put text in my signatures now. Maybe I'll add images again later but no more gifs for me!
Almost always when a new TBT starts. After the events I usually keep my pfp for a month or so before going back to one I keep until the next event. Sigs I either completely remove or forget to change until the next event
