It will! Users won't automatically come up in the autofill dropdown if they haven't been on fairly recently, I think within the span of a year, but they can still be sent collectibles. So as you mentioned, you'll have to manually enter "Phineas" and make sure to correct it if it tries to autofill to the other user. As long as it looks something like this, you'll be good to go:

I think so; I took a year or so off here and when I came back to check messages since I get email notifications for those, I usually have notifications in the double digits.

Yeah, notifications that haven't been viewed due to inactivity will all show up at once the moment you come back to the site, so uh... I can only imagine how fun that is.

On the flip side, if you don't receive ANY notifications for awhile your list will eventually clear until there's nothing left, lol. I haven't experienced it for myself, but I know this is true after I took various breaks from the site over the last couple years.

Sometimes when I try to do a transparent icon, it makes the background the default img when I don't have an icon (Brown image with M on it) , is there a reason for that?

If the image doesn't work for whatever reason, it'll just default to the first capital letter of your username. It does the same thing if you elect not to have an avatar at all. Some people also use this as a way to show that they're inactive.

Necroposting is okay, no matter how old the thread is, as long as (1) it's a contributory reply and (2) the thread topic is still relevant. For two made-up examples, posting your thoughts on Wii Sports in a thread talking about it from 2007 would be okay, but posting anything in a thread asking what you'll do in 2008 is not. The relevant part of the rules are highlighted below:

Bumping on The Bell Tree is defined as posting the word "bump" or other variant for the sole purpose of bringing the thread to the top of the board index for increased visibility. To avoid excessive and unnecessary posting on the forum, users must abide by the following guidelines when bumping:

• Threads in trading boards should not be bumped until the thread is inactive for at least four hours.
• Do not bump trading threads belonging to another user.
• Due to the slower rate of posting in the Animal Crossing amiibo Card Post Office board, threads may only be bumped after eight hours of inactivity.
• The bumping of discussion threads is not permitted; i.e. you may not post solely to bump the thread. You must have something on-topic to say when posting in a discussion thread, and the thread topic must still be relevant.
• Posting a contributory reply in a general discussion thread is permitted and is not classified as a bump, no matter the age of the thread.

You may have to discard them. But you can discard all of them at once. If you check all of the tickets’ checkboxes, and then go to the drop-down menu and hit delete all, all of the tickets will go bye-bye.

So I finally got around to finishing a very belated Canvas drawing. It has a few member's reps in it. My question is if I tag/at all 8 members would that cause any problems because I am tagging too many in one post like it will mute the notification or give me a warning? I was planning on posting it in the art section since the CC is closed and I don't know where else to put it.
