Yeah I do that a lot too lol
So I had a crick in the left side of my neck for almost 2 months, which FINALLY went away, but on Wednesday, I woke up with a horrific crick in my right shoulder blade, that sent a line of fire about an inch to the left of the lower part of my right shoulder blade. It was so bad, I had to call into work, which I NEVER do. Now it’s better than it was but I have a crick in the left side of my neck. This is telling me I def have a pinched nerve somewhere in my prob c4-c7 area of my cervical spine. Crossing my fingers it’s just inflammation and not heading towards another spinal surgery.
