So anyway, I started Samurai Champloo last night and am ABSOLUTELY loving it so far. The good things I've heard about it from plenty of people seem like they're true. I can't wait to watch more and see where this journey takes Mugen, Jin, and Fuu.

At the moment I'm leaning more towards Mugen, but I'm not 100% sold. Jin seems like he's got some things he's hiding... will have to watch more to know for sure though!

You eventually get all of their backstories, and get to see Mugen's home town.

It's time to go beyond. My Hero Academia season seven... is here!

Spoiler: for My Hero Academia S7E19, I am here!

The heroes and police find out that an evacuation route is in the way of Dabi's imminent explosion, and would result in mass destruction and casualties. All Might contacts an already battle-fought Tenya and Todoroki to go and put a stop to Dabi once and for all. In the meantime, All Might goes to stop All For One on his own... because he is there.

Hearkening to All Might's words, Tenya prepares his Quirk again for max speed and transports Todoroki to the battle field. In the meantime, Endeavor tries to power up and stop Dabi on his own, but it's not enough. Thanks to his family coming to help, however, the temperature starts to go down. Just when it seems like all hope is lost and the explosion is about to happen, Tenya has achieved transonic speed with Todoroki's help and throws him in the direction of Dabi. Tenya shouts that he was able to become who he wants to be because of Todoroki, and tells Todoroki to be who he wants to be now.

Todoroki runs at the site and, just as Dabi is about to explode, unleashes another Great Glacial Aegir. With his family's help, and in the aftermath, Dabi is finally stopped... Endeavor begins apologizing to everyone, first with Dabi, and then everyone else, ending with Shoto.

As this battle comes to a conclusion, however, it appears another one is about to ramp up.... will All Might be able to stop All For One from reaching Shigaraki, who is currently being pinned down by Midoriya? And just how will everyone deal with Himiko Toga's Sad Man's Death Parade???

Next time on My Hero Academia season seven, episode twenty. "A Girl's Ego." Noticing the twisted feelings coming from Himiko Toga, Uraraka leaps into action! Go beyond! Plus ultra!

The official TMS youtube channel has been posting the Lupin the 3rd specials for limited runs. This time it's Goodbye Partner. This one ends on October 3rd, then they're showing Episode 0: First Contact on October 4th. I hear that one on a good entry point for the series. With Lupin it really doesn't matter wear you start, but you might want to be aware of the tone of the show. There are a few more serious, experimental, bloody movies by a different director.

Not the worst, but I'd rather see if the Hemmingway Papers, Alcatraz Connection or the Last Job are worth buying, since Discotek is shifting fully to Blu-ray and raising their prices.

We’re watching Jujutsu Kaisen and it’s awesome! Took me a little bit to follow everything, but that’s more likely because of my multitasking while watching the first few episodes.

Khun says that Wangnan, company, and him will win the Workshop Battle. Wangnan isn't so sure, however, and needs some convincing. After Khun tells him that since he's on the team they're guaranteed to win, Wangnan reluctantly agrees to join up with him to save Viole. After all the teams are set, everyone starts arriving to the giant floating ship in the sky, the "Archimedes," en masse. Now, the truly greatest game is about to begin! Does Khun, Wangnan, and company have what it takes to win the Workshop Battle???

Next time on Tower of God season two, episode fourteen. "Meeting with the Traveler." You won't want to miss it!

Dabi, or Toya, is stopped for now, but Himiko Toga's Sad Man's Death Parade continues to rage on until it upgrades into Sad Man Legion. Uraraka continuously tries to talk with her to get her to calm down and deactivate her Quirk, but to no avail. But then finally, Uraraka's Quirk is able to upgrade and float all the Twice copies, and Uraraka's words finally reach Himiko Toga. Instead of shunning her and casting her aside like everyone else had, Uraraka finally talks with Toga about things while they're both in mid-air... and just like that, Toga reaches her time limit and the battle is over.

Meanwhile, All Might is getting ready to intercept All For One on his own... just what is he planning to do?

Next time on My Hero Academia season seven, episode twenty-one. "Battle Without a Quirk." Their final battle! Will they be able to stop the flow of sadness that's turning into hatred? Go beyond! Plus ultra!

MHA has been seriously good this season, can't believe it's almost over. I also picked up Dark Gathering just in time for spooky season and would recommend to anyone looking for an interesting horror anime.

i finished ascendance of a bookworm !!!!! it was kind of silly but still a pretty good watch, i heard the next season was confirmed so i'll keep an eye out for that heh

i started tsukimichi moonlit fantasy and wowie so much is going on in this isekai haha but in a good way !! the pacing and world building isn't too fast or slow (imo) and there's just enough action sequences and filler to keep you interested in each episode
i'm only eight episodes in, but so far so good !!

after those, i'm on the 3 seasons of sailor moon crystal (of course, one season at a time) & the sailor moon crystal movies

then after all that, i can watch the slayers ovas, movies & seasons again in japanese sub again

I recently finished rewatching the classic Sailor Moon anime (with new Viz dub) but it was a first for my partner. We both liked it. I still find how they handled the final season not the best (though I’ve read the manga to compare to). It’s alright though.

Since we finished watching one of the most well known “girl” animes now we’ve started to watch one of the most well known “boy” anime’s Dragon Ball. I’m really liking it so far! It’s a first for me as I’ve only see a little bit of Dragon Ball Z Kai before.

Also as a side note, I consider any anime great for any gender regardless of who they believe their target audience to be. I like both “girl” and “boy” animes equally.
