Oh wow. I’d come across it via the wayback machine but didn’t think it would possibly work still, didn’t try that. Don’t try to click on the link to the forums in there tho, the site is dead and redirects to… extremely questionable ads. Hopefully closing it quickly was enough to not put my phone at any riskDid anyone else stumble across this piece of history? I’m surprised it still works! https://thebelltree.tripod.com/
That's actually the plan with the Forum Archive Project mentioned in the February Direct! The plan is still to release it this year.It was fun going through a bunch of the old boards but it really makes me wish we could see the old event boards and stuff I wanna see the olden days of TBT.
I'm really pleased to hear about that! I'd really like to be able to go back to those old threads/boards which aren't available to the public (yet). That's actually the plan with the Forum Archive Project mentioned in the February Direct! The plan is still to release it this year.
What was the URL before they moved to vBulletin? that's probably why I couldn't find anything before 2011 on the Wayback Machine haha.Ahhh, back in the Bell Tee days

Here’s the earliest I was able to find. I’m only sending it as an archive.org link because the actual link goes to a sketchy redirect now. https://web.archive.org/web/20050316083020/http://s3.invisionfree.com/The_Bell_Tree/What was the URL before they moved to vBulletin? that's probably why I couldn't find anything before 2011 on the Wayback Machine haha.
