Face reveal

Okay so this look i did 2 days ago but contemplating uploading it because I was nervous. This is based off of judy, its pretty hard to see in the picture but my right eye has blue and purple and my left has pink and purple and I also have a glitter eyeliner on my wings. I put blush on aswell because if you look at pictures of her she's wearing blush. The hair/hair ties are supposed to resemble her ear colors which are blue and pink obviously. I decided to close my eyes because it just looked cleaner to me okay thank you

So... I'm a guy, I don't do makeup, but watch makeup related videos on youtube from time to time, I don't know why I do, but honestly it's kinda therapeutic lol. I only watch for entertainment and not really to learn how to do makeup, so when I saw this event I got quite interested to do this, so I guess here you go lmao:

Spoiler: Julian inspired makeup look

So here I have a makeup look inspired by Julian, as you can see I used the colors Julian have, I don't really know how to explain this as I'm not very familiar with makeup terms but I'll try my best lmao. So in her eyelid I kinda made an ombre look, in the middle I used the blue that Julian has, then proceed to blend the colors of a darker shade of blue and purple, ohhh and I also used black as the base of the eye btw. Afterwards I gave her a silver eyeliner to wear to give off that celestial, futuristic kinda vibe to it, lol idk what I'm talking about it kinda just looks futuristic with the silver eyeliner so I kept that in. Next I gave her a black eyeliner to create those circles around her eyes, which is inspired by BLACKPINK Jisoo's makeup look from their recent release "How You Like That" (stream HYLT!), I tried to put it in and it works to kinda elevate the futuristic look I'm going for imo so I also kept that in. And lastly, I just made her wear a nude lip cuz I want the look to center around her eyes, and gave her a drunk blush cuz I like it, and there you have it, mine's pretty simple but I feel like it'll be realistic to do irl like you can wear it to a fancy party or something and they wouldn't think it was inspired by some animal crossing character, well that concludes my explanation, thank you so much for doing this event, it was hard but I actually quite enjoy doing this ahahahahaha.

Green inspired by Nat, I'm awful with paint and just went with green themed towards him.

I decided to go with Nat as a make up inspo. My mother does make up quite often although I I never got into the make up bug myself. (NO pun intended lol!) I hope you all like this buggy guy entry. I had problems with the skin so its kinda purple.. Sorry Nat.

Based this look off of my favorite uchi, Phoebe!!! I love her phoenix colors and figured I would give her look a try c:

For the makeup I did a yellow to orange to red eyeshadow (the camera sadly wouldn't pick up the red very well, it almost looks pink!!) With a nice purple on the bottom lid since i did not have a blue that matched the one she has. I used a gold highlighter topped with blush that I mixed my red eyeshadow with, but the camera also didn't get the gold very well this was the first time i ever tried doing my eyebrows another color. At first I tried using just a burgundy eyeshadow, but it did not seem red enough so I ended up throwing my lipstick on and it worked pretty well

There are a few mistakes I would have liked to gone back and fixed (smudging around my eyebrows, brightening the yellows) but by the time I noticed I had already washed off my makeup no time to re-do it either since I have been busy packing! Also please ignore my hair I know I need to re-dye it

Gave me an excuse to do my makeup but it's based of Gayle cause of her hearts and pink palette

Makeup is inspired by Gayle's pink palette and heart marks. She's my favourite alligator and probably the only one I would tolerate on my island. I haven't done this much makeup in a while but I had lots of fun doing it! I used the Jawbreaker palette and even just by looking at it gives me so much inspo to do a bunch of looks. I really just sat on the floor drawing hearts on my face with a liquid lipstick for this.

I haven't done this much makeup in a very long time and I JUST threw my false lashes away so LOL

here is my makeup dedicated to my lovely savannah. this was a fun challenge i use mainly shadows and lipstick but did you use an eyeliner pencil to shape the stripes in my face. the orange hair is an extension painted in orange because couldn't find orange hair so that why it look like that. i choose this picture because it really shows everything well even the background (which was my backyard lol) anyway i had lot of fun doing this makeup especially painting my face zebra like. I choose savannah since zebras are my favorite animals plus she been my favorite since forever i knew there was a zebra in this game i love her to bits <3

My art is inspired by Judy and her beautiful eyes! I wish I could capture that lovely sparkle in her eyes better! Not only is she delightfully pretty, but she has a very sweet personality. I was so happy to discover her - She will be one of my forever villagers!

Here's my entry for Ankha. I love that she is a queen and doesn't take anything from anyone. She has bit of a scowl, and so my model does too. Ankha was and will always be a dreamie of mine! For this look I did a more minimal approach. The model is wearing gold face paint (cosplay style) with a hint of color to the lips and cheek. She has kohl-lined eyes and a choppy blue bob akin to the one Ankha herself wears.

For my makeup look, I chose to base it off of my favorite villager since the gamecube days: Mitzi. I chose blue mascara and eyeliner to imitate the blue around Mitzi's eyes. For her blue Siamese pointing on her face, I went for a bold blue blush. And I finished with a navy lipstick since her mouth is a similar dark blue to around her eyes. For the hair, I (tried to) made it a blonde to dark blue ombré to imitate her cream fur color blending into her blue points.

This was certainly fun to do! I have no skills or experience whatsoever in digital art, so I did this traditionally!

So originally I wanted to do Whitney because she is my favorite villager of all time (I mean just look at her in the banner ). However, her color scheme felt a bit "plain" for me as I wanted to do a look that stood out! I was going to do Mira as she is my birthday twin, but someone else beat me to it (and did a heck of a good job). Ultimately, I decided to do another one of my favorite villagers, Drago!

I made sure to include his iconic big pink lips, his pointy teeth, his cute little nub horns, and even his awesome shirt design! The dragon from his shirt is incorporated as a dragon neck tattoo while the color of the shirt is in found in the eyeshadow, eyeliner, and around the dragon. I captured his neck frills in the design of the eyeshadow as well as in the gradient of the hair color. Besides the hair/eyelash/eyebrow color, Drago's vibrant green color can be found in the painted nose scales and green blush. The skin tone is based on the lighter, almost cream, color of Drago's lower jaw area. The look is completed with gold highlights done with glitter glue and a gold paint pen!

I had a lot of fun doing this and will hopefully feel up to designing my own face if this event ever returns in the future. I contemplated turning myself into Stitches or Peaches because I have contacts that make my eyes look X-ed out

So I didn't think I was going to do this - I don't have any brightly colored makeup (I stick to neutrals mostly). But then I realized, one of my favorite villagers, Fauna, has a fairly neutral look going on. I used my favorite eyeshadow palette to imitate her face, including the black and white of her eyes and her bright cheeks! People say I look like a deer anyway, so I figured I'd embrace it!

Don't mind me. I'm just dropping in for some participation points.

My entry is based on the lovely anteater, Annalisa. Therefore, I kept the skin white and removed the eyebrows to replace them with her small circular brows. I kept her pink cheeks and purple eye shadow but tried to add some depth by doing a lighter shade of purple over top of the darker shade. She doesn't have lips, but I used the red color from her hooves to complete the look.

My inspiration is based on Blathers, the Museum Curator. The hair and the brown upper face paint is based on Blathers' brown feathers, and the white face paint with pink cheeks is based on Blathers' face. I also painted the nose yellow to make it look like a beak. The reason why I chose Blathers is because I don't care too much for the villagers, but I have a lot more appreciation for the special characters. I also chose Blathers because one of the most fun parts of Animal Crossing is collecting creatures (and artifacts) and donating them to the museum.

I'll be disappointed if Blathers didn't accept this entry to the museum.

my entry is inspired by the love of my life, puck
the blue and purple is based on his colour pallette while the pink is my love for him. he's been my bestie since he randomly moved into my acnl town (right next to my house, ruining my flower patch) and i grew to love him so much. i tried to make it ask sparkly as possible since my favourite activity to do with puck is stargaze and look at fireworks. i added little heart earrings too to match puck's purple/blue colour scheme. i'm not an avid makeup wearer tbh but i admire anyone who is skilled in makeup application!

Inspired by Luna from AC. I tried my best, I don't know anything about make-up sorry :') I did blonde hair with streaks of blue and white to represent her original flower accessory. I also put the blue make up spots that go under her eye to further mimic her facial appearance, alongside her pink eye make-up. On top of that, I added her pink and white dress to make it look like Luna more. I feel like Luna was a good pick since she heavily related to the dream theme of this event : )

It is very tricky drawing straight lines with only a touchpad (hence my name quality), but otherwise, this was really fun to do!

Mira honestly was the first character who came to mind for a makeup challenge because of her "mask", and she's also a villager I've always wanted to have in an AC game as my Uchi, but never ended up running into before I got close to another one, so I figured, why not do her! She always kinda reminded me of Sailor Venus, so I drew inspiration from both Mira and SV. The mask and eyes are done in Mira's signature red yellow and blue, and the symbols on the cheeks and forehead are ones that link to SV (with the one in the bottom left being her specific sign). The lips are 100% Mira inspired, but at that point things didn't feel quite complete. I gave the line art a red bow to match SV, and then did the inside of the bow in the same light blue Mira has inside her ear.

And voila! Mira Makeup!
+ hints of Sailor Venus for an extra cosmic feel
