Starting tomorrow night, any foraged mushrooms not used in your lineups, but left in your inventory will become useless.

Any unfortunate mushrooms left in your lineup or inventory won't affect anything, so you can either leave them there or discard them.

The second batch of foraged mushrooms will start this Sunday, September 29th at 9:00 PM EDT. The third batch of foraged mushrooms will start on Wednesday, October 2nd at 9:00 PM EDT.

Can you update the list with “Safe or Poisonous” to keep it uniform? The wording both of you wrote with “yes” makes it seems like they are both poisonous (or possibly safe?).
